What is included in the five pages?
The usual structure is Home, About, Services, Proof or FAQ, and Contact. We adjust that structure to fit the business while keeping the standard package to five informational pages.
Do you handle branding and copy?
Yes. The package includes light visual direction, color and typography choices, refinement of an existing logo or a simple wordmark, and the initial website copy.
How long does launch take?
The target is about 30 days after the required content, account access, and approvals are complete. Delayed materials or approvals can move that date.
What does the Google and analytics setup include?
We connect the site to Google Search Console and standard analytics, confirm the basic tracking setup, and use that information during quarterly strategy reviews. This setup does not guarantee rankings or traffic.
What ongoing updates are included?
You can send one consolidated update batch each month for up to 60 minutes of work. Unused time does not roll over. The package also includes a 30-minute analytics and strategy call each quarter.
Are there costs beyond $100 per month?
Hosting and standard analytics are included. You pay providers directly for your domain, email, booking tools, ecommerce, and any other third-party subscriptions your business chooses.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel before the next renewal to prevent another charge. The site stays active through the paid period, then it is archived unless you accept a separately quoted buyout. Monthly payments are not prorated after a term begins.
What do I own?
You own your domain, the materials you supply, the final approved copy, and delivered brand assets. Tortoise & Hare retains the implementation and template while the subscription is active.
Can this include ecommerce or custom booking?
No. The standard package excludes ecommerce, memberships, custom applications, complex booking systems, and unlimited revisions. We can include links to an external booking service.
